What we collect
When you call or send a request: your name, phone number, ZIP code and what’s wrong. If you use “Help me choose”, also how soon you need help, and which plumbers you skipped or chose. A photo you add there is used to suggest what the problem might be and is not kept. Calls may be recorded and transcribed so Sam can pass your request on accurately.
Who we share it with
One plumber at a time, from our published list, and only the one who takes your request gets your number. If they can’t take it, we may offer it to one other. Plumbers you skip are never called about it. We never sell your details or share them with a list of companies.
How we’re paid
The plumber pays Vora a referral fee for the request. You pay nothing.
Texts and calls
We, or the plumber, may call or text you about your request. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts.
How long we keep it
Request records are kept for up to two years so we can handle disputes and remove plumbers who don’t respond. Ask us to delete yours at any time by calling the line.
This website
This site sets no advertising cookies and loads no third-party trackers. Photographs and the typefaces are served from this site. In this preview, the forms send nothing anywhere.
